He said ok and took out a knife and began to fiddle with it so Raven started towards the place. It took about ten minutes to walk there. At first raven was a little lost then she rembered that there was the smell of honey because of a hive on the tree next to it. When the reached the tall tree raven began to climb all the way to the top.

the girl climbed to the very top of the tree. max ad no idea how he was gonna get up there. he started trying to climb, and about 5 feet up fell. he had an idea. he took ot two identical knives and stabbed them in one at a time till he got to the first branch, then he climbed branch to branch the rest of the way up.

Max started to try to climb. A few feet up he fell. Raven laughed a little she should have asked if he needed help. As he started getting closer to where she was she made her way to a branch on the other side of the tree and looked over acrossed all of the city. " what do you think max?"

"i think im tired" said max as he finnaly reached the top, breathing heavaly. he sat on the branch and leaned back abgainst the trunk, "oh ya beutiful veiw etcetera" he said. still breathing hevily.

He began breathing heavily while he explained how tired he was. Finally raven couldn't help it. She began laughing a lot. She rocked back and forth trying to stop laughing. "I'm sorry it's just hahaha well I'm not sure there's just something about the way you said that hahaha."

"honestly i dont know, but i dont climb trees that much, mostly just up other things, that dont involve so much jumping." max said his breathing starting to slow down. he closed his eyes and relaxed.

He started to explain why he was so tired as raven calmed down. "well I think trees are the best to climb. I love talking to them as strange as it sounds." raven replied

"well i do talk to my knives." max said as he again took out his pocket knife. this time though he started sharpening it.

Max started sharpening his knife. Raven layer her ears flat On her head and tried to ignore the sound as she began to shy away.

max noticed raven start to back away a little. "sorry, does that bother you?" max asked as he put the knife and sharpener away. he leaned back and closed his eyes again. after a while of neither of them saying anything, he took his ipod out of his pocket and started listening to music. he did leave one earbud out though so he could hear if raven said anything.

"its ok"replied max without opening his eyes. "lots of people. sometimes though some of the teachers can be a little annoying, same with the students."

He replied to my question keeping his eyes closed. Before raven could answer she felt her head become foggy and her eyes blurred misty gray. Something was wrong and as her eyes began to reflect the moon she fell back out of the tree

max heard a small creaking sound. he opened his eyes. the girls eyes were cloudy, ad she began to fall back. max lunged and just barley managed to catch her hand. "are you ok?" max said as he pulled her back up onto the branch.

Raven couldn't move. She tried to but she couldn't control her body at all. She heard max in the background asking if she was ok. He sounded worried. Raven was helpless and had no idea What was happening. Her body lay limp next to max breathing shallowly
