A new student with the heart of a dragon?

"Ok I'm cool with that." Ethan said shooting Diana a glance signifying his slight disapproval of her ruining his chances to wield this new weapon first. Ethan thought figured that fighting with Raven Ethan could still test out the new weapon. "I shall hold back as i feel appropriate." Ethan said with a slight smirk. Ethan was all for a fair fight but other people not going all out kind of urked him Ethan planned to simply fight at the ability level required to defeat his opponents. Nothing more nothing less as well as the fact Ethan needed to continue practicing with his new weapon. Once Ethan was finished talking Stein seemed to start hoarding students to and then out the door so they could get to the forest for there training exercise.

Raven felt threatened by the way Ethan had said his holding back comment. She didn't want to feel threatened by a friend but he couldn't help it. She flicked her tail once standing up. " we'll fine then." raven said looking at the ground. She looked up at Ethan. " please Ethan watch what you say because even though I might not take things you say as a threat my instincts just might and believe meno one wants that." she continued quietly almost pleading with Ethan. As soon as she finished she looked back down and she walked away

Diana got up letting her hand guide her." oh not sure if these matters but i cant see anything im blind" diana siad. then wiated on the others to come and on there reactions.

"If your blind then how could you see my fight?" Dread asked before turning his attention back to Raven as they entered the woods. "Raven stick close the last thing anyone wants is someone wondering off. Dread stated bluntly as he kept an eye out all around him. When they made it to a large clearing in the woods Stein having been informed of the deal Dread made Decided everyone else would show their partners and their powers before Dread Ethan Raven and this new woman who from Steins lips was called Diana. It seemed like an ok thing to do, gives Diana and Ethan the chance to borrow some partners while they waited on their turn.

Raven jumped at the sound of dreads voice. "oh uh sorry my bad uh but you know it shouldn't be to big an issue because if I do wonder off well uh I can just uh well you know follow your sent back here." raven said turning around and droping to all fours running over to dread circling to his other side making sure to stay a little behind him

Diana heard Dread askhow she saw his fight making her giggle. " i believe i siad i like you fighting style which i don't need my eyes for the scent and sounds i got were all i need" Diana siad standing there wiating to start.

"Well maybe you can work on learning to see using that soul thing you meisters supposedly can do." Dread spoke just as Raven made it to his left side when she previously stood on the right now on all fours. Things should get interesting as soon as Diana and Ethan get their temp partners for their little duel.

Raven stood next to dread. She looked around and smiled. Being in the forest made her a little more confident than when she was out of her element. She pricked up her ears to listen to all the surrounding noises to see if she could hear any wolves. " I've missed being here. it reminds me of when I wasn't so clumsy and when the entire world was normal because no body knew that i existed. It wasn't long ago that I was invisible." raven said mostly to herself. She kept looking at the sky waiting for practices to start.

max woke up. and looked at the clock, he had only been unconcious for a few hours, but then he realized he was starving and thirsty, and that he had been unconcious for two days. "oh shit not again" he muttered. he quickly checked his hand over, remembering he had stabbed himself. it hurt like hell but wasnt infected. "ok shit, im two days late for school, how exactly do i explain this?" he muttered running out he door, he heard the soundof fighting in the woods, so he ran towards the clearing, he rushed in at hat looked like several people getting ready to fight, including ethan and a few people he didnt know. "hi stein sorry im a few days late, i uh, was kinda unconsious." "by the way, whos he, said max pointing in the general direction of a rather scary looking kid hed never seen before, "and why does he smell like burning people?"

Dread stood there his eyes scanning the area eyeing for anyone that would probably become the weapon used by his opponents soon when the corner of his eye caught a kid talking to Stein. What more was this kid seemed to be pointing at him while Stein so freely began spilling the information that the boy asked what ever it was. "Raven, don't move but look at the boy by Stein. Who is he and why is he staring at me?" Dread asked calmly in a way that seemed like he was just standing there as stiff as a board.

Raven looked over at the boy dread was asking about and giggled. " im sorry hes just acting so weird haha. And don't worry that's just max." she said still giggling a little. She stepped out from dreads side putting on a serious face. " Max quit being rude didn't anyone ever teach you manners!" she yelled at max glaring at him while crossing her arms.

"well you sure are one to ask, you were litteraly raised by wolves" max said humorosly. max walked over to them. "im max, who are you?" said max offering out his hand

Raven looked down trying to calm herself. She clenched her fists but that didn't help. Her hands dripped with blood as her claws and fangs extended. She couldn't control the changes. Raven looked up and her eyes were piercing red. Raven growled and lunged at max knocking him to the ground pinning him. " how could you say that!? You know damn well how much I hate how different I am and here you are rubbing it in my face your such an insensitive ass!" he yelled at max trying hard not to bite or claw him as a small stream of tears ran down her cheek which she quickly got ride of.

max knew it was the wrong thing to say, but still. he carefully partialy formed into his weapon, making his arms the two blades, and he crossed them to partialy protect himself. "ok geez it was a joke. i always ask about new people an their smell." said max carefully pushing raven off him and getting up, he was slightly angered at such a harsh reaction, and it showed. the tips of his blades grew a small blue flame, but it quickly died.

Dread stood with a glare of hate towards Max, it wasn't a deepseeded hate but a hate that if he knew how something hurt a girl why the hell would he do it on purpose? Especially when the guy standing next to her apparently smelled like burning fuckin' death! It just didn't make sense nor did it please Dread in the slightest. Almost on pure reaction he let his body engulf itself in his black fire his hair slightly raised from the small wind and whoosh of the flames his blades slowly extending from the bandaged lower arms. With Dread this was his way of saying. "Piss me off by hurting my associates and ill burn you to ash." It was a threat as well as a warning to Max and everyone else not to piss him the fuck off or double cross him, Good lord for all that is good in the world do NOT double cross Dread. Doing so would definitely warrent a death certificate not even a second after the betrayal. He left his body as it was for a few moments longer before the flames died off and the blades dissolved back into his skin. "My name is Dread." He spoke with a bitterly cold tone towards max the sting from his tone may have felt like a deeply refined fire but it was so cold that it burned like fire.
